ISLA VISTA

Our family of 11 (ages 2-72!) just returned from our first visit to St John. It was a fabulous vacation, thanks in big part to Bonvi Hospitality! Megan was an incredible resource during our pre planning. She was so patient answering my (many!) questions (grandma/planner!) and she got back to me/us so promptly each and every time in the months leading up to our trip! She helped us arrange grocery delivery (yay Landlubbers!), transport from the airport directly to our villa, Jeep rental (Drew at Aquarius was wonderful!) chef service one evening (Sean is amazing!), family photography session, baby items like a high chair and gate we could rent (Island Baby was great!), and even personally lent us an extra car seat for the week! She even gave recommendations on how to situate the various family members at the villa as far as which bedrooms for which people etc. We stayed at Isla Vista and absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful set up for a large group, complete with privacy, unbeatable views, proximity to town (Cruz Bay only a 5 minute drive) and every amenity you could ask for! The heated pool was amazing and was the best gathering spot! Dan met us at the villa on arrival and gave us all the “ins and outs” so helpful! The outdoor grill was a hit with the husband and adult sons, I fear they’ll all want “upgrades” when they return home to their basic models! Thank you Dan, Megan and Bonvi for the vacation of a lifetime! We hope to return!

We spent two weeks at Isla Vista and had an amazing time! The villa is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We had seven adults and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area is fabulous, we lived out there, Megan and Dan are incredible!! Megan made several dinner reservations for us and they both answered any questions we had during our stay. The villa is stocked with everything you would need. We can’t wait to go back.

Bonvi Hospitality Group exceeded our expectations in ALL ways!! We cannot recommend booking a trip with them enough - they went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best vacation possible. The home we rented (Isla Vista) was beautifully maintained and had everything we could have ever wanted (we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen!) In addition, Megan and Dan are simply the best duo! They helped us with all coordination and planning ahead of our trip so that when we arrived everything was already taken care of. Additionally, they were extremely responsive during our stay, helping with anything that we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable! I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Bonvi - I certainly will in the future!

We just returned from an amazing 8 night stay at Isla Vista. As previous reviewers have described, the house is very well-appointed and comfortable. We ate dinner at the house 4 of the nights, and you have everything available "just like home", if not better in some cases.

And as others have commented, the communication with Megan before and during the trip was perfect, so helpful and stress-relieving. The pre-trip phone call was particularly appreciated, so Megan could hear what we've done before, and what we wanted to do, so she could make suggestions. She's a great resource to use...and thanks to her husband Dan for all the heavy lifting (trash pick-up; move-in instructions; etc).

Lastly, at least for our family, the highlight of the house by far is the pool and pool deck area. The ~180 degree views were better than expected (and I had high expectations), the pool temperature was absolutely perfect; we found ourselves allocating a few hours in the day's activities to get back to our pool for a happy hour swim with the Sonos speakers rocking. We ate all of our meals out on the table, watching the sunset. I had coffee on the pool deck every morning. You get the picture...we'll never forget those breathtaking views.

Thank you to the owners for sharing your special villa, and thank you to Megan and Dan for making our trip so easy and comfortable. We hope to get back to STJ someday, and when we do, we'll definitely work with Bonvi Hospitality Group.

Isla Vista is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Our visit to St John was the most relaxing vacation taken by our Family. We look forward to our next visit!

This was our second time traveling to the beautiful island of St. John and getting the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home. This is by far the most amazing view of Cruz Bay on the island!!

Dan Boudreau and his team had everything ready for us when the 8 of us arrived including all the food and drinks we’d asked for, the house and landscaping were immaculate and the pool was heavenly. Dan gave us all the information we needed such as restaurant and taxi recommendations as well as private chef services which allowed us to have the most incredible week ever! Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this exceptional property!

We had an amazing stay at Isla Vista. The house is even more beautiful in real life, and Megan was a fantastic host who made sure that our trip was perfect. Highly recommend booking this property!

We really enjoyed staying at the Isla Vista. The house is beautiful and has great amenities as well. The location is great with it being close to town as well. we will for sure be looking at staying at this property again in the near future.

We had a great stay. the girls wish you had curtains in the bathroom for privacy during showers and such. Also, it would be nice to have shades as well. otherwise loved it!
