This property was a pleasure to stay at. A very private location with 3 large bedrooms with en suite baths. Susan the property manager was extremely pleasant and although we did not need to, I felt confident that she would have taken care of any problems if they had occurred. Thank you very much for everything, and I'm thankful I will not have to waste time searching for somewhere to stay when we return to St John.

Great house in a great locations. We have visited St. John many times over the years and stayed in a number of houses from Chocolate Hole to Coral Bay. Caribbean Palm is one of the best of the bunch. The house is very well laid out and well equipped. The views are amazing. The proximity to Cruz Bay makes it ideal for going to restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, shopping, and accessing boat charters. We had an excellent trip.

We enjoyed staying at "Isla Vista" The Pool deck overlooks St. John, St. Thomas, and the surrounding Islands. Day or Night the views are great. The Villa is just minutes from town and in a very convenient location. We had Green Parrots go by the house every evening, Deer in the driveway, and Iguanas in the trees. The House Management was very responsive, helped with local knowledge and even assisted with Boat Charters and Scuba Diving. Both are highly recommended.

My wife and I have rented about 10 villas in the past 10 years in STJ. We've always been looking for the next best villa. Our search is over having stayed at Palm Villa. The house far exceeded our expectations, and I was concerned that mine were too high going in - they were not, the house is amazing. The breeze to keep no-see-ums at bay, the view all the way to Ram Head, the proximity to Cruz Bay restaurants, not to mention the house itself is exceptional. Unless this house is rented when we next go to STJ, I won't stay somewhere else. As said above - it's the best villa.

If there was a higher rating, I would have checked the box. We booked this home almost a year ago for a winter retreat from the cold temperatures! And it was spectacular in every way From the accommodations, the view, the layout of the house, the outdoor patio space, and the personal service from Dan and his team! World class all the way. Rest assured if you need anything, the team is focused on ensuring your experience is top-notch! We traveled around the island for 2 weeks. It was fun to come home to this view and location. As we looked around, we didn’t see anything that compared. It is without hesitation we highly recommend you book this property.

First off, Donna made booking this beautiful home an easy decision; not to mention she was accommodating in allowing me to split the payment on 2 cards which was a huge help. We were a group of 10 and all slept like kings and queens! All bedrooms are like masters with king/queen beds and one room was two twins. It was beyond comfortable for each and everyone one of us. Dan is the local property manager and will answer 24/7 as needed. The water heater had an issue upon arrive he was back over within the hour with 2 workers and replaced it on the spot.
